Winter Harvest

Last week a Year 8 Geography class worked hard harvesting broccoli, spinach, lettuce, spring onion and beetroot from our community garden.

It has been a tough couple of months as the rainfall was  down compared to past years. Without the care from our students, the veggies would have died ages ago, but the persistent watering has produced a terrific harvest.
