The college operates as an incorporated company, limited by guarantee. The Board of Directors of the College, all volunteers, work to develop policies and a strategic plan for the college. The principal (and chief executive officer of the company) is charged with the responsibility carrying out the policies of the Board. These policies are reviewed from time to time to continually improve the service we give our students and their families.
