CLICK ON:
[START]>>[PRINTERS and FAXES]>>[ADD PRINTER]
A wizard will guide you:
on the Welcome to the Add printer Wizard clcik [NEXT]
choose [A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer] click [NEXT]
on the next screen leave [Find a printer in the directory] and click [NEXT]
on the next screen click the [Find Now] button and a list of available printers will be displayed scroll through these and double click it to install that printer.
PLEASE NOTE teaching staff are not able to add color network printers.
